Recently, a friend of mine drop me a mail telling me that McDonalds has launched a campaign promoting new meals in Europe , that includes mexican food.

All images of products has some image of the country or region. It includes the Liberty Statue when talking about New York, the desert when talking about arizona, etc. BUT, and that is the problem, when talking about Mexico, the image showed is a man sleeping, with a big hat... all like the stereotip of a mexican webon.

What gets me upset is that the image of Mexico that they are exporting (around the world) is that. That all we, the mexicans are 'webones'. Just check www.mcdonalds.fr

I do not know what you think about this, but... makes me angry.
